Welcome to the official German Presentation at the CommunicAsia/BroadcastAsia
2012 at the Singapore Expo.
Under
the roof of the German joint pavilion on hall B2 of the new Marina Bay Sands
(CommunicAsia) and level 4 of Suntec Singapore (BroadcastAsia) 25 German
companies present their newest communication technology and products for
electronic media.
A powerful telecommunications infrastructure is the mainstay of the economy -
worldwide. The German information economy and telecommunications industry
develops and produces terminal units and systems, and provide services and
solutions in the market segment.
Suppliers swichting to technologies such as WAP and UMTS have excellent
prospects of playing a leading role in the global markets of the future. No
industry shows such dynamics. With the development of what is known as smart
phones and the availability of more bandwidth in mobile networks, mobile
telephones will in the future be of interest with respect to internet
connection. The German companies represented at the joint German stand
contribute to the development of the necessary infrastructure and application.
